What you need
A public Instagram Reel link, or the video file itself, and a free TranscribeAI account.
Steps
- Open the Reel, tap the Share icon, then Copy link.
- Open TranscribeAI and choose Instagram.
- Paste the link in the video link field.
- Select the language, or keep automatic detection.
- Press Transcribe.
- Copy your transcript or export it.
When a link will not load
Reels from private accounts cannot be accessed. In that case, save the video yourself and use Upload a file, which accepts common formats such as MP4 and MOV.
